first ever Whateverfest was a huge success, and one heck of a blast
of a party. Cornhole, BBQ, live music, karaoke, and tons of people soaking

The second one is coming July 19th 2008.. and YOU GOTTA BE THERE! 
Whateverfest is an all day cookout, dj dancin' tunes, karaoke, live music, get outside on the patio, cornhole playin' beer drinkin' enjoy the sunshine fest. It is a once a month party that is being held at the Rustic Saloon. Thanks to some great sponsors, and a huge effort by the Rustic Saloon, this party should really be a blast. The grill fires up at 4, and the party gets started in a big way... with the new Rustic Saloon POWER HOUR. |

| The Rustic Saloon POWER HOUR The POWER HOUR is a new feature of the Rustic Saloon. it happens twice a day, from 4-5 and again from 9-10. 75 cent PBR drafts, $1.50 PBR Bottles, $2 Cherry Bombs and $1 fries. That should get the party started... In a POWER-HOUR-FULL way!

THREE BANDS NO COVER! Live Music with GoatBucket Trains Across the Sea and headlining... THC! We have 3 bands lined up to make this party HUGE!
Goatbucket will be playing their unique music set on homemade instruments... a show not to be missed! With nothing but a drum and a double-necked electric cigar box one-string slide guitar, Goatbucket brings you the best of stripped-down backwoods punk rock. Come sing along to tales of whiskey and damnation with Columbus's premier (i.e. only) one-man crusty blues act. You wouldn't believe the sounds an old cigar box can make!
We also have Trains Across the Sea playing... featuring a couple of karaoke regulars who write and perform some awesome songs of their own! They have a great folk feel that makes you think of Guthrie, and soe catchy timely lyrics that really draw you in.
then.. Scott and Lee of the Rustic along with Shawn will be playing with thier band Tricky Home Concoction
(THC.. get it??!?!) from around 8-10... so get there and enjoy some live
good times and live tunes on the patio and catch the 9-10 power hour before
the party moves inside! |
